Program Description
The Veteran Infrastructure Service Dispatch Alerts program sends operational HVAC service-intake and dispatch notifications to company-controlled numbers and authorized employees or designated dispatch contacts. Messages may summarize inbound service requests and contain caller, callback, service-location, equipment, or urgency information. The program is not used for marketing to the general public.
Consent and Enrollment
Authorized Veteran Infrastructure employees and designated dispatch contacts may enroll by texting START to 443-501-2757 from the mobile number they want enrolled. By texting START, the recipient expressly agrees to receive recurring operational HVAC service-dispatch alerts from Veteran Infrastructure at that number. Veteran Infrastructure manually enrolls only company-controlled numbers and eligible employees or designated dispatch contacts; this program is not open to customers or the general public. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Opt Out and Help
